All tools are made in Italy with high quality production standards and materials with professional induction hardening of the the working areas.
Press brake tools
Press brake tools in general are just piece of metal like any tooling for deformation. Very easy. But the key is the geometry - 90% of bends in the world are performed with air-bending on press brake so you should carefully choose and install upper tooling (punch) and lower tooling (die). About die is more easy - they are based mainly on the height and opening for different possibilities of bending and different sheetmetal thicknesses - for each thickness there are recommendations for V-groove opening. And more complicated with upper tooling - punches, because the material during the bend will go to the top and configuration i.e. geometry of the punch will lead to the angle and possibility to exclude any collissions with the pieces during the deformation. Also for sure we do not need to forget the tonnage - it is highly important that the tools will not be damaged during the application. The materials are typically medium strength carbon steels like C45 or alloys like 42CrMo4 with the tempering after the manufacturing to proceed with the maximum resistance and life of use during stresses.
Why to use?
Believe to us - nobody outside of sheetmetal fabrication market knows how wide the world of sheet metal is and where it is used. Any electric cabinet, any metal box from post case till the computer box or ATM machine is fabricated with sheet metal. Slots, vending machines, terminals at the airport, storage shelfs, gun cabinets, metal furniture, your kitchen oven and refrigerator - everything and everything. To go wide we have car industry, we have machines and their covers, we have profiles, general you can use your imagination and if you will look around you will find huge, huge quantities of sheet metal you never have seen before. And all of it should be made, first with cutting but after to form we need bending, we need press brake and for sure - we need good tooling for it.

PBT-SEO
We like and we sell press brake tools. It is our main job and we are trying to find the good ways for active promotion of our activities in web. Something good, something not, but we prefer to go better. When Google cancelled claim url option we have a big difficulty to make our supplementary sources at least all indexed but moreover to catch all the links that are made for the sources. We have a great blog about press brake tools - really good because nobody of our competitors makes blog and we have it on different platform which makes the life easy - you can comment it on FB if you go to FB or you can enter it on wordpress if you are WP user. Blogspot, other platforms, everything to do good.
Google addsite possibility is over which means that you can't identify for the Search Engine for your new information if you do not have possibility to include the website in the Search Console. It is a real problem and we can verify and a lot of links are ignored and not indexed at all so we prepare the new source to help Google for better reading of our information. We do not expect any visitors or newcomers for the present source, only robots and probably if you are really the person who are able to scroll Google results at least for first 100 pages. Anyway if you reading this - wow! How did you find it?
Industrial SEO is quite more hard as in general public goods. The reason is the necessity of product placement only on specific places and forums, moreover there a lot of companies with old and solid websites to stop any competition in open world. There is one more exactly our problem to compete - the open world where with the use of local language we have to be competitive with all the local companies. It is very easy to buy goods through the countries because it is no borders to EU but is it easy for the customer to find the international suppliers? The other story is commercial side, business to business is the money-requested field for many important sources we have to present our goods. What is the nature of SEO in industrial goods and in particular with press brake tools? Very easy - we have to find the keys to lead for the first places with the possibility of customers who use search engines to find our company in the market.
To promote any industrial goods you should be also confident and intelligent with the information your are providing to the world. The task is not to use stupid text as text with keywords but the reasonable result with exclusive and "heavy" information which could be used by the searches in the positive way. We met a lot of articles made by the typewriters as plain text with some differences and indications of keywords. Probably yes, it could be useful for SEO and it works but OMG how pathetic to read it if you really know the subject of the text. And remember, a lot of information cannot be eliminated. You can disclose it from search engines but only for crawler and it will still the same on the same place where you posted it. So the principle should be - even for SEO information is necessary to be made in professional way. And we are following to these principles.
